"We had a fantastic time at the Keio. Rooms were a very generous size and well insulated. We didn’t hear anyone on either side of us. Breakfast options were abundant and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will stay here again the next time we are in Tokyo!"

"Convenient location around the corner from Shibuya scramble crossing. Service staff were lovely. Drinking water coolers were available on our floor which was more convenient than single use plastic bottles. Rooms a bit small with limited space to have large suitcase open."
