"When we got to the hotel we were informed by the lady at the reception that the hotel was full. They sent us to other hotel of the same group, but it was actually not a hotel, but a flat with 4 rooms and 1 bathroom that we had to share with the other guests. It was not a nightmare as I've tried my best to enjoy that very Russian experience, but it definitely didn't work the way it should. So, 0% guarantee you'll get what you booked. "

"Freundliches Personal, beim Frühstück kann man sein Menü entsprechend der Speisekarte auswählen (am Tag/Abend zuvor), Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber an einer Stelle löste sich die Tapete und in der Dusche war es nicht professionell verkittet (voll funktionstüchtig aber ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler). Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden."
