"Rooms are very small but enough to sleep in. Very easy to hear other guests hence deducting one star for that but otherwise the staff are great. Set across from the beach right on the promenade. Very reasonably priced. Parking is included but can be somewhat challenging if you arrive very late in the evening. All in all a positive experience. "

"We stay at this hotel regularly and it never lets us down. The rooms are clean and comfortable as are the bathrooms, with plenty of hot water and towels. Although housekeeping is a bit basic, (beds not made and cups not washed) anything you need is easily attainable from friendly staff. WiFi is acceptable and plenty of free parking. The hotel is quiet at night being across the car park from the pub. A 10 minute walk takes you into town if you don’t want to drive. We found the walk through...

"A clean place to stay with excellent sea views. Carpets are threadbare and finish is basic. A budget, clean place to stay. Stair carpets are dangerous and should be replaced due to tripping hazards. This would also give a better first impression!"
