Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). "Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again."

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. "Lovely hotel just a couple of minutes from the beach. The sea and sunset views by the outside bar are lovely. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are big and really comfy and clean. Breakfast was fab, with different options each day too. It’s a shame that there are so many areas of sunbathing / pool that you can’t access unless you have priority / premium access. But that’s a minor thing really. Would happily stay again. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this H10 hotel, especially as a family with kids. The hotel was super child-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The buffet was amazing—great variety and high quality—and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The only downside was the kids’ club, which lacked a good toy assortment. Some toys were either broken or not very clean, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard....

"Stayed in a Balibed room, these are located over reception with solar panels on the roof so no view at all of the pool, room was lovely but very disappointing view so wouldn’t pay for one of these rooms again. Also if you put the do not disturb sign on the door the cleaners just ignore it!!! Wasn’t overly impressed with the buffet breakfast either, bacon and eggs were cold every morning. It was a lovely hotel and we probably would stay again but will be more wary of which room we booked."
