"10/10, amazing hospitality and service."

"My stay at the Diplomat was lovely. It is an elegant hotel in a beautiful, historic building. The charm of the water across the street and being able to easily walk to the tram or subway near was super convenient. My room was well appointed with nice linens and a comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower too! I ate at the downstairs restaurant twice, both times exactly what I needed with good food and attentive service. "Our first room was a bit small and not so well appointed but when we commented we were given two other room options and moved to a beautiful room. Mainly service was excellent, a couple of little hiccups with the concierge and one day our room wasn't cleaned and we had to ask for it to be serviced. The breakfast was really excellent, as was the beautiful champagne bar and the spa! All in all a really lovely experience and highly recommended for a luxurious experience in Stockholm. "

"Definitely a sweet well appointed boutique hotel that offered a sumptuous breakfast included and helpful staff. Small room with un inviting chairs, facing the Grand Hotel across the alley and some thumping noise from the bar’s music below made hanging in the room or getting early sleep more of a challenge. I would stay there again but search out better room (not sure if this was an Expedia limitation). FYI Gym was next door at the Grand Hotel, not in house but easy access. "
