It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else."

Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "

"Gangnam Artnouveau is a older property and while it has a retro feel probably needs a bit of a face lift. But it was clean and convenient. The kitchen needed a new more dishes and utensils but we ate out mostly so not a great issue. The area was so convenient to the station and shops. Just a word of warning there are 2 hotels with the same name with a kilometre or so of each other so really easy to get the wrong one. "

"This place has wonderful and professional staff, and honestly, the rooms are decent. But here’s where it goes downhill… The weekends are packed with weddings or other events on the 5th and 7th floor. That’s not an issue, but trying to get an elevator is a real pain. Sometimes you’re pressing for an elevator, and then, the elevator is going up and down, and all over the place, but just not picking you up. So then other people end up button-mashing for the other elevators, and it kinda’ holds...
