"Hello, I booked with Travelocity so I could get the Empress Suite which I booked and paid for. They let us know at the last minute we were not able to get that room and downgraded us to a regular suite. Everything was great about the hotel and the stay there, but nothing was offered (even the price difference) for changing the room on us.
