"The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel with a few restaurants and a deli/bakery. Very close to a fancy department store and good access to public transport. What makes this hotel special is the superb and efficient service. I loved the breakfast, as there was plenty of choice to suit all palates and it was of high standard. Lots of veggie options at breakfast. The staff were wonderful and very polite, especially those at the Aria restaurant at breakfast/coffee station. I found people who worked here sweet...
