"It was a very nice hotel and had very nice staff. The only negative was the security which took my pocketknife tool (leatherman). It is really silly to take a man's pocketknife and is really only giving the illusion of security. I had to get it back when I checked out (and humorously, they gave it back to me on the lobby side)."

There is a small learning curve for navigating the undergrond path / parking. I wish they offer free breakfast, they offer it for a discounted fee but for the amount we eat during breakfast (or dinner), we decided to skip the offering because of the usual...

"The customer service was top notch. Hero at the Concierge desk assisted us with transportation throughout Manila. He even provided recommendations for tours in the area. The room was clean and housekeeping came exactly at the time described. The restaurants on site and shopping areas rival major U.S. cities. Our family will be returning to the Sheraton Manila hotel fpr future travel opportunities."
