The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. "My partner and I just spent one amazing week here in a cottage and honestly we can not fault it one bit. We were greeted and made feel welcome as soon as we walked through the foyer doors.
