"Surroundings beautiful . Villa great but reception not friendly. Check out tool 40 min system does not work. Get the feeling they are trying to charge you significantly more for exertions transport because you are in a 5 star resort. Tip got to fisherman’s village to book trips and transfers"

"We enjoyed every minute of our 5 day stay in March 2025. Our little villa was perfect, situated nicely between the three beaches that surround the resort. Getting to watch the monkeys as we were walking to the beach was always a treat. The food was really good, and in particular the Grotto restaurant at Phranang Beach had not only great food but the views from there are breathtaking. "This was just luxury for our last 3 nights of honeymoon the horizon sea view room was perfect, the bedding was the most comfortable & the best sleep we’ve ever had! The staff were all so friendly & the food was incredible, breakfast had so much choice the eggs Benedict cooked to perfection. We ate at Sala restaurant & by the pool also & both meals were fantastic. We can recommend the Lamb chops. We really can’t fault this hotel, the facilities, staff, food & rooms were all excellent to finish...
