"Staff here are top notch! So welcoming helpful and ready to make your stay the absolute best it can be. Gym was great to help me train for my trek. Pool was beautiful. "Set in a lovely peaceful area 30 mins from Kathmandu. Well maintained golf course with a fabulous view of Mount Everest. Indoor pool was lovely and warm but in need of an upgrade. It is part of the Spa so kids should be allocated a set time so as to not to disturb adults using the spa and pool for relaxation. Room was huge and very comfortable. "Surely ,this place was overall the BEST resort we have been to in the past few years, 5 star. "I booked my stay mostly on the rating of reviewers. I had several problems. There is a dog in a yard right outside my room. I was awakened at 1, 2, and even 4 a.m. by the dog barking. The room was also very cold. It had a space heater but, at night, the heater could not keep up with the cold temps outside. The bathroom sink had no hot water faucet. Only cold water there.
