"The hotel and its staff are excellent. The facilities could not be faulted. A focus area for improvement would be around dining options. One of party has a vegetarian and gluten-free diet. The menu options between the restaurants and room service are not joined up. There were options on the room service menu that you could not get on the restaurant menu so the choice was really limiting. "Wonderful stay in this world class hotel. Situated in the historic high end museum quarter, it was walking distance to the best of Amsterdam’s attractions. We were greeted with smiles and French Champagne and promptly upgraded to a gorgeous junior corner suite. "Wonderful central location, but the very small rooms (no breakfast) are not commensurate with the very high cost of an overnight stay. We made 1 call to the airline to confirm our seat assignment and were charged approximately $183. for the call. We were not aware that there would be any charge for calls. I questioned the receptionist regarding this charge and she said she would look into it. I never received any information so I sent an email -- and have never received a response from that...
