"Pros: - Convenient location - Friendly service - Gym, closes at 10pm. - Laundry, $5 each per session of laundry or dryer Con: - I saw a small cockroach in the washroom. I trapped it with a paper cup. A staff came, killed it, then moved us to a different room. The new room had a construction zone view, but the hotel seemed pretty full. The staff were very friendly. I was just very paranoid about the cockroach afterwards."

"The hotel is brand new and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful - on more than one occasion. Their hospitality was incredible and they made us feel safe and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel especially for first time visitors to Korea. We would like to give a special shoutout to - Seung Yeon Jung, Liliana, and Min Chul Kim. "

"I stayed in a Line Friends Cony suite and it was styled very well! The room was very cute and welcoming. Having Brown and Cony accents in the room made the stay very fun. The washrooms were also neatly styled with the wooden floors. "

"This is safe and conveient to stay at this hotel. Staff is attentive and helpful. Room is spacious and equipped with everything needed. However, the slippers provided is not packed in sealed plastic bag . I am a bit doubted whether the slippers were used , left over from other customers. Other than this doubt, everything is fine and zi love staying at this hotel."
