Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. Socket should be international type, not Chinese type(you are international hotel, right?). F&B is excellent. Excellent service. Good food quality. "Since we were traveling with our baby, we couldn’t climb Taishan. So we wanted a nice view of the beautiful mountain during the trip, and the hotel room had what we wanted. Breakfast was below our standard—both western and Chinese didn’t meet five star level, I think. Many praised its proximity to Wanda plaza and we made it there, too. But remind that hotel is not directly connected to the shopping mall and you still need to walk outside for 4-5 min."

"Booked 3 nights at JW Marriott Xi’an Southwest, room is new, spacious and clean. Bathroom view is very nice for the studio room I booked. The first 2 nights are great, however the last night we had encountered a security incident, while we are sleeping, a Korean guest who stay at the room beside us are drunk and keep smashing our door at midnight around 2 am, and the hotel staff wasn’t able to stop him immediately.
