"A fabulous hotel . Ok not the cheapest by far, however i would highly recommend for the location , dining and comfort. The staff were all very obliging and could not fault . If there was one thing that i personally would recommend change and this is just personal and being picky are the towels . They are very thin and a little thread bare. A nice plump towel to get out of the shower would just be lovely and cosy. Overall as a single traveller whos travels alot this hotel is definitely up at...

"Only one complaint: we booked a junior suite and used the sofa bed. The mattress on the bed was not made, and there was no extra bedding in the room. Also, the floor underneath the sofa was quite dirty. One the positive side, we received excellent assistance from two concierges, Jack and Marc."
