"We loved our stay and the staff but four things didn't work...1. When we went to the restaurant they didnt put our order in and we waited almost an hour for a salad...2. The steam room disnt work and that was one of theain reasons we chose the w...and 3. On our last night we ordered dessert via room service...waited more than 20 minutes before we got a call that they were out of any desserts which seems odd....by that time it was too late to.
