"One of the best Middle Eastern restaurant in Seoul (maybe the best) is in the lobby. If you have to weather a snow storm, you have all the facilities you need in the building. Good location as well."

"My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Oakwood. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable compared with that of other hotels. A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality. Knowing that we are celebrating a special day, he even upgraded our room, which I am grateful for. It was very satisfactory to stay in this hotel. We are definitely coming back! "

"Good hotel overall, however some hotels provide transport service for you and your luggage to the bus stop to the airport. It was an inconvenience to have to walk all of our luggage to the closest bus stop."

"We had a great time staying at JW Marriott Seoul. It was our first time there and it was a very pleasant stay. Their staff were helpful and accomodating. There was one particular employee that helped us in the subway station when we got lost and we are so grateful. He even told others to make sure we got to our rooms safely that night. Sorry we didn't get his name but we are thankful nonetheless. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. "

"Great place for staycation. However the checking in has always long wait. The check in time is 3 but on busy days by the time you get the keys and get in your room it almost takes an hour."
