"Not as convenient to the airport as I hoped when I booked the hotel. My mistake not theirs. Nice little gym, but that was because we were the only ones using it. Dry sauna was nice. Steam room was showing its age. Booked for pool, but didn’t read the fine print (closed from Nov-May). Oh well. Nice for the price. "

"I stayed here for a week on a business trip. A fantastic time! I never left the hotel except to go the office. Very nice gym and sauna. Breakfast every morning was very good if sometimes busy. I will stay here on the next trip for sure. "

"The staff is rather accommodating. We arrived at 6:30 am at the hotel and was able to check in all our suitcases. The buffet breakfast was included with our stay and the selection is great. The staff helped arrange taxi hire for the day and we had a great time touring Taipei without worrying where to go with two young children. Again top notch hospitality and highly recommend to everyone with short stop in Taiwan. "

"Breakfast is buffet and it was amazing. Room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was very clean. Everything is in great condition. The location is a little bit of a problem if you don’t have a car."

"Convenience stores and Food options were conveniently located around the property. The lift service is terribly slow for the higher floors, especially in the mornings. The building is a combination of workspaces at the mid-levels and rooms at the higher levels, and only 2 lifts serve for the high floors. During the morning hours where both working people are trying to get in and people from the hotel are trying to get out (between 8 to 9 plus), it is virtually impossible to get a lift within 15...

"It's well located near Ximending shopping area. It's clean and comfortable."

"The hotel is near Taipei Main Station which is convenient when we need to head off to the airport as it took us less than an hour to reach Taoyuan Airport. While the hotel do not provide breakfast, they do offer a food truck that sells sandwiches etc or guests can easily buy breakfast from one of the many shops near the hotel. The kids particularly enjoyed the indoor playground and free flow of snacks placed at the carousel. "
