"Property has an amazing location for what we needed, good restaurants, amazing pools and the room view is just espectacular, however 1st impression we had wasn’t expected with valet parking team, they asked us if we will do self or valet parking we weren’t sure one of them said we need to move the car from the front of the hotel however by that time we didn’t check in our staff was in the car and they walked us to the self parking. in my experience normally they let you check in 1st and then you...

"This hotel was the hidden gem of our trip. I was tempted to give it a bad rating so it would remain hidden just for us! We had a view of the beautifully landscaped pool, the Atlantic Ocean, El Yunque rainforest, and the mountains all from our balcony. There are several restaurants on property and a number nearby offsite. Beautiful birds were displayed in several places. The hotel was decorated for Christmas. Beautiful tree, magnificent miniature Christmas village, and an amazing Nativity...

"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "
