"Staff were extremely helpful when I found that the microwave was broken & swapped it out 20mins before reception closed so I could make myself dinner. Staff went above & beyond when I asked for help including when I couldn't shut the metal balcony shutter doors. The room we were allocated had an area where the balcony ceiling was obviously affected by significant damp which needs addressing. "We absolutely loved our month long stay in the ground floor property at Horizon Apartments, Randwick. On arrival the property was much more spacious than we were expecting and we had a huge patio and lawn with areas of sunshine and shade all day. The property was spotless and well equipped.
