"Beautiful property in great location"

"Perfect location to hospitals, eating options, chemists and supermarkets. The TV wasn’t working in my room so I contacted reception. Peter was incredibly helpful and tried to fix the issue which was not successful. Peter went to great efforts to change me to a different room which was perfect. Great stay, I will definitely be returning and will recommend. "

"We absolutely loved our month long stay in the ground floor property at Horizon Apartments, Randwick. On arrival the property was much more spacious than we were expecting and we had a huge patio and lawn with areas of sunshine and shade all day. The property was spotless and well equipped. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting our daughter who lives a 20 minute walk away. "The lack of clear communication astounds me. I got to the day of the check in and had not received any details and when I called they wouldn’t respond. I had to call from another number for them to call me back. They blamed me when they hadn’t received the bond even though I had sent proof from my bank saying it had been transferred. When they finally “did receive” the bond they didn’t apologise for the chaos they put me through. They company they rent through was just as useless as they are....
