"I love this hotel. I recommended the hotel to family and friends. There was a little issue around checkout. Communication could have been clearer. It took a bit of back and forth to resolve an issue around breakfast. Close to 800 Canadian was spent on a room for two nights. The thought was breakfast was included in the cost. "Lovely hotel but most of the staff was young and somewhat inexperienced probably because it’s just the beginning of the season. The manager promptly took care of the issue with staff we had. Would suggest more extensive training for the staff"

"The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. "Lovely hosts, we were alone at the hotel, they made us a great breakfast, the hotel is new and spotlessly clean. Our room was a little small but for the price we paid it was a bargain! It has a wonderful terrace. The hotel is ideal for a 2 to 3 night stay for people who love nature."
