"Hotel is new, All the properties are very good. Inside of room has everything what we need, but all the properties such as oven, microwave, washer don’t have English label. I guess people who don’t speak Korean would be difficult for them to use all the properties. "

"We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. The restaurant was very good with great views of the city."

"Great location in the center. Our room overlooked a palace and we could walk to many tourist sites as well as two metro stations. Two issues - safe not functioning and room temperature too high(centrally controlled). The front staff arranged for the safe to be fixed the next day, turned off the heat in our room and gave us a fan which helped with sleeping though it took several days to cool the room down. In all it was a good stay and the staff was helpful."

"The room is small-ish but comfortable. Staff helpful. A bit noisy because of the trains, but i was fine. Breakfast buffet was not great but there are so mnay food options nearby thats not an issue. Nearness to subway station a big plus. I would stay there again."

"Thank you to the staff at the front desk especially. The hotel is clean, so convenient for the subway, breakfast buffet was so varied and delicious, and the food at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor was also fantastic. "
