"Loved the service and our room. The team was incredibly hospitable, helpful and friendly. The room was newly decorated and it was a great quality. The shower was huge and water was warm. The balcony was incredibly lovely with an amazing view of the pyramids. "

"The hotel was good value for the cost but there in nothing around it. If you want to go out you have to go by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr Mahmoud the restaurant manager was very attentive. Overall a satisfactory hotel. "

"Had a fabulous stay here. Staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms view was amazing, so close to the pyramids. The hotel itself was a little tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. I understand that these things can't be done straight away and after covid, tourism is on its way up so hopefully these improvements shall be done. Everything else was great. Thankyou so much. "

"nice stay, super noisy, you will hear the road all night if you have a pyramid view. we took things from the minibar that we thought were free and were charged almost $20 at the end i just wish it was disclosed. breakfast was really good i wish there was labels for the food though. overall good stay "
