"The reception staff where very efficient on checking us all in only took a few minutes, the room was very roomy with plenty of space, very informative as we had never been to Albacete before so they gave us lots of local information. A nice touch was having a coffee machine in the upper lounge which we obviously took advantage off. One thing no coffee/tea facilities in the rooms."

"If our room in this hotel is typical then they are in urgent need of attention. The bed was as hard as rock, half the motorised window blinds did not work (one was also ripped and another had hanging cables where the motor had been removed), the outer light-proof shutters were held open by wooden wedges. On the plus side the bar/restaurant is reasonably welcoming and the food was good."

"A beautiful property in the middle of nowhere! It was so relaxing and quiet and having the pool was great! The restaurant wasn't open but they made us a 3 course meal on our 1st night as well as hiving us some recommendations for local restaurants. The staff are there/around but not in your face and the breakfast was lovely - a croissant, fruit, juice and your choice of a breakfast sandwich! Just enough. "

When requesting the evening meal we were told in summer only a cold meal was served ,which consisted of good quality cold meats,sausage,cheese and bread with wine and water. "When we arrived for our stay, they had no record of the booking, and informed us there was no hot water. Used bathroom facilities whilst there- filthy with dead flies everywhere and no paper. Swimming pool a shade of green. Subsequent investigation on line suggests this hotel is a disaster area, and possibly in deep financial trouble with “rooms embargoed and gas cut off” for non-payment if taxes/bills.
