"This is a stunning hotel with great amenities. I loved the gym and spa. The shower in my room was probably one of the best showers I've ever used. It was a easy to walk to the city; my only pain point was that there was an event downstairs on one of the nights, so it was extremely noisy. "

"We are having trouble understanding where to park, one of the assistant managers helped us located the parking garage by accompanying us in our car and we making back to the hotel sharing options in the area - quite an above the ordinary service - sorry I do not recall his name - the other service was excellent too. "

"It had an onsite parking garage for about $10 which was amazing! They gave us the wrong room but quickly fixed the issue. I got a 2 for 1 voucher for the breakfast buffet which was excellent. Even without it’s only $18 per person. The on site bar was great but a tad pricey and closed before midnight. Also walkable to close by restaurants and pub scene. And a super short drive to King John’s castle which was cool. Highly recommended!"

"24/7 reception, modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. 10 mins walk from Waterford centre. Resteraunt and some rooms have river views. Free, Secure parking on site. Football matches screened on Tv's in the bar."
