"Liked the 2 room suite on the 7th floor with a nice view. Had some problems with having the suite cleaned properly and timely. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially Sabita in Reception"

"Even though its a old property, the rooms and public area doesn't reveal it. You will feel the hotel is newly renovated. Ask for a room on high floor. Pretty decent sized rooms good enough for a family. Excellent food and service. l will definitely stay at the residency during my next visit to Chennai."

"Paid 18000 ra for one night and my experience This is a very dated hotel ..all the furniture’s too I didn’t have a pleasant experience. Checked in at 0100 am and had to holler for the staff at front desk The room had a pungent smell of bleach so requested ti swap which they did. The wifi is unsecured .. anyone can connect to it, upon enquiring they said because of an issue they have left it unsecured. Bathrooms - flush worked after three attempts, and the sink flush too. TV didn’t work...
