"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). "Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation. "

"Hotel in centre of Vosges,10Km close to "Col de la Schlucht", pleasant rooms with more than avarage space in bedroom and bathroom, everything very recent renovated, very nice restaurant with top quality dishes but a little short menu list, covered and heated swimmingpool and also a Spa & Healtcare centre, Problem was not a garded or closed area to park the car, their private park was open to the public road, no closed fence and gate at night, no covered parking available in garage-boxes."
