"Nice friendly young lady on the check in desk. Restaurant wasn’t open but there is a huge shopping complex with restaurants/bars/takeaway next door. We stayed with our two small dogs which they allowed this time but was told they usually only accept one small dog (10 kg) so unfortunately we can’t go back. Thanks anyway for this stay. "

"Beautiful hotel with easy walking access to the highlights of Bilbao. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had!! Everything fresh, including fresh squeezed orange juice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is our room smelled like cigarette smoke. "

"Fantastic hotel. Comfy bed, very nice room, spacious shower. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly and interested. Excellent food in restaurant. The Guggenheim is very close and every time you step out of the hotel you see it right in front of you, which is a nice treat. Easy access to the river walks and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. "

"I decided to upgrade the room and it really was worth the extra €20. Good breakfast buffet. The only down side was that the hotels resturant was closed on a thursday night. It would have effected my choice of hotel if i had known that "
