"Reception took 20 minutes to check us in and then told us the restaurant was closed. Woke me up by phone to demand we come down stairs to pay a tourist tax. The need a bit of a lesson in customer service."

"Gym no Aircon. According to a staff, down one month ago still not repair yet. Shower water pressure/flow was low at max. Bugs in the room."

"Room is clean and nice but outside of the room, the lobby and corridor area had a weird smell. Also, wifi was totally not working the whole time i was there. A big plus is right next to the hotel, there wqs a huge food court with a lot of local food options late into the night, BBQ chicken wings were superb, a must try!"
