"What a brilliant place! Fantastic room with additional sleeping area for our teen. Great to have cooking facilities and a dishwasher plus a dining table. Super long couch. Lovely view over a park. We will definitely stay again if we are in Southampton or in one of their other properties in the UK. Good value for money. "

"I absolutely love it here! The food, the atmosphere, the scenery, the staff it’s just brilliant. My only slight moan would be that the mattress and pillows aren’t that comfortable - room 8 "

"Lovely stay for an overnight visit. Very close to the high street. Is a little dated but this time of year it fit the season perfectly giving it a cosy winter feel. Room was spacious, had everything you’d need for a few days stay. Nice and quiet too "

"Only the lift out of order is problem for me carry luggages to first floor. The breakfast food are good"

"Good hotel as a base for visiting the area. Cleanliness was good and the staff were helpful. The decoration was quirky but ok. £10 per day to park was a bit steep. Our room was a bit cold and there were no instructions for the heating control."

"Lovely hotel, great staff, good facilities, wish we had booked an afternoon tea as it looked amazing! Beds comfy, rooms decent, breakfast luke warm if you arrived after 9am, plenty of Choice. The only disappointing fact which was no fault of the hotel, was the neighbouring rooms waking us up at 6am and being able to hear every conversation, and even when they used the bathroom - could def use soundproofing. Other than that, would happily book again. "
