"Situated in T4 of the Hangzhou International Airport Arrival Hall. Great for late night arrival flight. The bed is super huge, much bigger than king size. No problem to sleep 3."

"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! "Great...no complaints. Staff was very helpful ordering at taxi when it was time to leave and made sure the driver took me to the right place. Thank you to the staff for your help. "

"I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience."
