"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa...

"Very very clean. Modern hotel. Large room. (Would benefit from having coffee/ tea making facilities). Handy location 15 minutes from Airport. Super breakfast cost 17€. Parking 15€ but lots of free parking in the area."
