"We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There...

"Beautiful resort and amenities. Staff was okay but didn't go beyond what was expected of them (as they typically do at other Excellence locations). Room was ready 3 hours late. There is no buffet after breakfast."

"The Riu Negril was a fantastic place to stay, staff were pleasant and attentive. It was almost impossible to get a reservation at any of the restaurants but the buffet food was great, lots of options and well stocked. The beach was great, the sand was soft and clean and the water was divine. One word of warning, bugs come out at dusk and if you’re on the beach or around a bunch of greenery you will get bitten. "
