"It’s brand new. Nothing is to be charged to the room. Everything in the building is separate entities. One restaurant was never open. Breakfast was cheapest hotel buffet I’ve seen, quality was above average, but worth the price. Air conditioning was off so the room was 80 Fahrenheit but they did bring a fan and we opened the 12th floor window for cool air. Very nice facility but left something to be desired. "The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

The room layout I had was rather weird but the amenities far exceeded anything you’ll find at a US style hotel, depending of course on what’s important to you. The room had a clothes styler which was great for prepping the next day’s outfit. A full body massage chair, which I’d use before my shower at night at bedtime. "This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids.
