"Didn't like having to walk through the dining room to access the gym and pool! Some decking boards around the pool felt unsafe when stepped on. Loved the welcome drink on check in and selection of different foods at breakfast, especially the Indonesian cruisine. Hotel is very walkable from the ferry terminal and Megamall. Overall a great stay! "

"Our first point of contact from Four Points Sheraton was Ardan, who picked us from and to the ferry terminal. He was communicative, prompt and extremely hospitable -- which helped to create a positive first & last impresssion. Absolutely love the breakfast spread which was diverse in local offerings. Location was wonderful, easy to Gojek around. Hotel was clean and bedding was very comfortable. They thoughtfully provided ear plugs as there was a buzzling night market situated directly next to...
