"The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms were well kept. Good breakfast. I do recommend staying here since it serves the purpose but you need to know certain things. I deduct one star because there is no above-and-beyond element. At all! The hotel charged me 12,000 Tenge for airport pickup when I could have just walked to the Blue Taxi counter in the arrivals hall, to whom the pick up drive casually gave back the sign with my name on it. "Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker.
