"You can't beat the location of this hotel. Literally on top of Myeongdong shopping. The room was clean although very basic in terms of in room amenities. Luggage storage was super convenient with the free lockers. I had a package delivered to the hotel during my stay and staff were very helpful making sure it was delivered to the correct address and pickup process "

Only a few minor things like not having cups to hold toothbrushes, grouting that has some stains in the bathroom and an Aircon unit display that is partially damaged. There was only 1 cleaner I saw working on the floor I was on. But the room was large and modern with both walk-in shower and hot tub. Also includes sockets for any mains plug type on the desk"

"The hotel is very nice, and the style it’s going for really works in my opinion. The area around the hotel is also super great for food, shopping and is just a great part of Seoul. The issues we found all had to do with the room lacking many features that are typically available in most hotel rooms. There were no towel racks to hang towels, no ironing board (in a business hotel), no shower curtain so the whole bathroom floor and toilet got soaked, and no closet to hang up clothes.
