"It's a great no-frill base with easy access to the sea front. The bungalow and patio with loungers are spacious and the beds comfy. The grounds are very well kept. The staff was very responsive the few times we had a query or needed their help. The place fitted our needs and expectations perfectly."

"Clean basic accomodation in reception block.We had a no cleaning room with towel change twice and sheets on request, make your own bed, pool area spotless and washed down every morning, block needs some tlc. Skirtings in room need a scrub and the shower but its wear and tear, corridor in need of tlc but clean, bed base same but mattress was great, staff really nice abd helpful, snack bar serving really nice food and not expensive, drinks same not overpriced, cheaper than bars in town. "As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. I really enjoyed the apartment and seating area out the front. This propert was only available for 1 night but after the 2 subsequent evenings elsewhere at another...

"Location of property is ideal only a few mins walk into the centre for supermarket and restaurants and bars. We had first floor room at back of complex with sunbeds tables and chair on balcony. Reception lady very friendly on arrival, only had cleaners once during our short stay but that wasn’t a problem for us. Nice kitchen and lounge area but not much equipment if you were cooking evening meals but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t use the pools so can’t comment but looked nice. "

"Was difficult for people to get access to their rooms if reception not open. We had to help 3 sets of people. The noise from construction all around was loud and constant. We should have been informed prior to booking. Receptionist lovely and helpful. Comfy beds and good pool/ gym facilities. Everything worked. "
