"Classic nice hotel Beatles may have stayed there- Fantastic breakfast buffet with great staff. Front desk were not helpful with check in requests. We had 2 triple rooms- three beds that had a roll away instead of 3rd bed as expected- one was larger in the end and quite nice the other too small. Great shops and pub around - tube right there - access to Eurostar by 1 stop perfect. "

"Very comfortable room. No air con but fan did the job very well. Excellent check in service and room was available a little early which really helped my schedule for the day. Very substantial breakfast in the morning set me up for the day. Hotel is in a very good, central location and excellent value for London. "

Cities are quickly becoming inaccessible for the masses…yet they make up the bulk of the tourism so many seem. Well done Point a. For creating a reasonably priced yet well thought out and executed experience for those of us who only use a hotel room to sleep. I didn’t come to London to watch TV afterall. "

"It’s a nice hotel, if you can get over the idea of being underground and not having windows or a tv. Personally I love it. I love how cool the rooms are, how they are completely pitch black when you turn the light off. I sleep so well. The only things that do annoy me are the extra charge for things- £15 to use a hair dryer or store your suitcase after check out. Just absurd to charge extra when you’re already paying £200+ a night "

"King Cross Inn location is the most desirable aspect of the property. Very close to st Pancras and King Cross rail stations. With that noise and street cleanliness is always a problem. "

"We stayed in an executive room for 1 night for a theatrw break. It had what we needed, air con was welcomed due to it being so hot. Plenty of tea/coffe in the room, excellent shower, quiet sleep. "

"Stayed here quite a few times now One of the best affordable locations for events at the O2 staff are always friendly and happy to help I always like how the atmosphere in the lobby is it feels homely and warm not clinical like some hotels can do. And breakfast is always very good Also appreciate the check in and out times not being ridiculously late/early like some places are these days too Overall always a pleasure "

"The breakfast choices were great. Loved that I could leave my luggage after check-out. The bed was mushy--they really do need to get better mattresses in the room. I wish I coujld say it was just one room, but I had booked a room with a double bed and was given a room with 2 singles. The twin meds were super mushy. To the staff's credit, they changed my room to what I had booked, and that bed was at least a bit better. Could have been worse, so overall, I would stay there again. "
