"Good location. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Quality hotel with excellent facilities and good upkeep of the condition of the room. Have stayed in other Solaria Nishitetsu hotels and this one also lives up to the brand name. Our room had an impressive view of the city from the bathtub. Unfortunately, a non smoking room had a smokey odour in the main toilet when using the extractor fan. Previous guest seem to not care about the non smoking policy. Such a shame as the room was excellent aside...

I would recommend this hotel to all...exclusive department stores (Sinsegae, Lotte) are 5 minute walk and subway leads to the department store. "Little hard at first as there is no attendant. The building itself is occupied by about three other property owners who do have attendants. But those either refused to talk or said outright that they would not help. Seems Urbanstay really angered those other property employees. Urbanstay sent instructions in Korean in a way that couldn’t be translated. Fortunately some other Urbanstay guests were there, and we worked through the access process. Everything else after that was perfectly fine. "
