"We spent 1 night at this location after a cruise. We arrived very early and the room wasnt ready but the front desk agent followed up for us and when the room became available he found us and checked us in. Room was exactly as described and clean. Breakfast was tasty as well."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights and will be returning as quite happy with the set up for a city hotel and the prices. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size, bed comfortable and shower good. Plenty of choices at breakfast and gluten free options but could do with a better GF selection on the evening menu (maybe a pasta dish?) "

"The hotel is very well located in the city centre yet it is very quiet inside the hotel. You can notice the slight vibrations from the underground trains I believe but it is not an issue. The room was spacious and clean with good amenities. I really enjoyed 4 days in Sydney because everything was so accessible from this hotel. Coles supermarket, several coffee shops and eateries across the road. The hotel office was very reasonable. A short walk to Circular Quay. Would certainly come back here...

"We were on the top floor and the roof leaked into the bathroom. Renovations were being done in the foyer. Staff helpful. Second time we have stayed last time had to leave room due to fire alarm activation and has to make own way out as no staff to assist or advise. Convenient location but needs to be managed and maintained better. Daily room service could be better. "
