"We tried to check in an hour earlier on our way to White Sands National Park so we didn't have to go to the NP Visitors Center and then cone back to the hotel, but we had no luck in that endeavor. We w we re asked to come back at 4pm! Before we left we were asked whether we preferred lower or upper level room - we requested lower level. "I checked in with Mark at the front desk. He was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Everything went smooth. Me and my daughter looked forward to the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately when we got down there though it was cold. We notified the desk staff and a tech had been called and would be in the next day to fix it.
