"Staff was very friendly "

"The food was good, the vibes was good. The drinks were top tier! However, the up keep of the facility is poor and some of the waitresses attitudes are disgraceful. Overall it was a great experience, and those issues mentioned above are an easy fix"

"This place was wonderful, the service the attention to accommodate us when we had just arrived without eating and wanted to relax at BNB instead of going out, they were able to helps us to get delicious food delivered. We wished we had stayed longer. Its a great quiet place to stay and enjoy your time in Montego Bay. "

"Excellent service and great staff, it’s like a home away from home, environment was clean and tidy, the room was clean, breakfast was excellent and in a communal setting where we were able to interact with other guests. The road leading to the hotel is not the best but once we got there was it was ok. Definitely would recommend it. "

"Excellent and responsive host. The building interior is in great condition. Cozy and comfortable. However the building exterior is in a dilapidated state. It is no fault of the host a the entire property is like this. Securities were easy to deal with and approachable."

"Only complaint I have is new chairs are badly needed in the pool area. The three lounge chairs they have are old, worn, and dirty. There’s one restaurant on the property, Queen G. The oxtails are amazingly delicious. One thing to know is you need to rent a car if you want to get around as Seacastle is far from the shopping area"

"Kind of funky, but it was a good place to stay for one night. The room was kind of crowded for four people. It was a bit noisy. The pink buildings and having to walk through someone's living room to sign in and get help was interesting, but common in Jamaica. Keyshawn, the young man who helped us, was fantastic! We left some bathing suits there and a week later they were holding them for us in case we ever came back. Super honest!"

"The property was nothing like the pictures. The receptionist was very friendly. The property itself was not very good. The sliding door to the balcony was broken, the tub didn’t drain and overall it just wasn’t as wxpected."
