"It was unfortunate access to the hotel was blocked due to the Chingay Procession & we had to drive around for nearly 2hrs. Will be great if the hotel staff alerted us earlier for anticipation. Other than that, the stay is pleasant."

But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. "Nice place and super convenient to immigration point, walking street, and beaches. Two minor inconveniences were plumbing slow to drain and all electrical cuts off when room key out of slot. Unable to keep equipment charges when away. "

"The property has been recently renovated and the bedroom was of a good size and the hotel is within walking distance to the main touristic attractions in Penang. The room in each we stayed was in the left side of the hotel, and at 6.15 am in the morning we would wake up with the prayers at the mosque. Breakfast is continental style - you can order omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs cooked to order, there's tea, coffee and orange juice available, a hot station with Asian style noodles...
