"Location was very close and within walking distance to the intercity bus terminal so was easy to find. We were staying for only one night whilst the annual Jinju lantern festival was taking place, so the hotel was right along the river where the festival was which was really convenient and we could see the lanterns from our bedroom window as well. Only downside was that the rooms were a bit outdated, the carpet was older and had a few stains and the bathroom had really poor drainage and had...

"우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다."

"Staff were efficient and the staff person in charge of the breakfast buffet was friendly. Hotel was clean but the towels and bed linens were old and had holes. Carpet had seen better days. However, the room was comfortable and good for one night if you just need to crash after spending time at Jirisan. It's a bit far from city center and the more lively area but is decent in a pinch."

"It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November."
