"It's not correct to send clients to a hotel undergoing major renovations . Expedia needs to confirm status of all hotels before directing clients to such horrible places. The staff was excellent but the hotel must be removed from listing. This is criminal! Expedia check with the hotel."

"Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay...
