It has convenient back door access to Austin's famous boardwalk and river pathways that makes it very attractive for long stays. It also has lake access points for kayak launches, which becomes useful if you're planning sunset tours for bat watching. Daily hot breakfast keeps rotating the menu too, and can become a brunch too as it is open till 11 AM. You'll find lime scooters and rental bikes right...

"Valet parking was annoying. You have to pay if you don't want to park a ways away, but if it's at all busy you have to keep circling until there is a space to pull in. The incuded breakfast was good and the room was nice."

"Loved how close to airport it was and you cannot hear the planes. Bar stays open until 1pm and pool until 12 am. Very clean and rooms are a good size."

"If you want a walkable hotel in Austin close to UT and or down town, this is the place. I wouldn't recommend trying to walk to downtown from here - but there are plenty of shops and restaurants within e walking distance to this place."

"The property itself and the staff were great. Really cute hotel and eight in the thick of things. Saying that, it’s a bit noisy outside and while it’s next to fun bars and restaurants, it’s also next door to a homeless shelter so juts be alert if you’re out at night. "

"Super cute, staff is very nice. My only issue is that it’s impossible to get a free cup of coffee which is something I’ve never, ever experienced at a hotel. Instead you have to pay at the coffeeshop in the lobby. It’s over $5 for an Americano. I live in NYC and even I think that’s completely ridiculous."
