"The service man at the front desk was very helpful very kind, and I appreciate it because I was a little bit nervous of staying by myself, but he comforted and made me feel that I was gonna be safe. I think he deserves a raise."

"Loved the quaint, old fashioned aspect of the hotel. Location was excellent with plenty of shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was the elevator is a hit or miss if it works. Staff is very friendly and accommodating."

"I stayed at this location for a work trip. It was conveniently off the freeway and very clean and comfortable. I arrived late (midnight) and William at the front desk was so courteous, he definitely made my day great after a long evening of travel. "

"Neat place and comfortable for a family of four. Also convenient location for outdoor activities, theme parks, and dining. The layout of the Galaxy was well thought out and very functional. And the grounds were nice, quiet neighbors, and good communication. We recommend adding outdoor furniture, but the pier is very close and has comfortable seating. We stayed in January, and didn't spend a lot of time outside in the evenings, so not an issue for us. We would definitely recommend! "

"We had a problem with our pillows. We saw an employee in the hallway. She happened to be the housekeeping manager. Rather than saying she would let her staff know. She resolved the problem herself. I felt this was excellent customer service and wanted to post what a credit to the hotel she is."

Go to the Saturday market. The neighbors were very cool. Loved it so much I extended my stay twice, thanks to the owners who were very accommodating. I will use this place again."
