"Everything about the property, the room, and view was great except issues with the elevators. On two of my days I seen people going up 15 flight of stairs but luckily I made it up on a service elevator before it broke down. Then I was stuck in my room unless I took stairway. Took me about an hour checking out because it was only one elevator back working the next day. "

"Great stay. Attentive and helpful staff. Super clean. Excellent hot breakfast with a nice variety. Particularly enjoyed the lobby layout with multiple lounge areas and modern decor. Extra points for being dog friendly, with a designated “bathroom” area for pets, making it very convenient. Will definitely stay again. "

"The view was magnificent, the room was a little tight but it was comfortable. I would have been nice to have a high-boy in the bathroom... the kids loved it... and the staff was wonderful!! "

"Bern staying here for years because they are the best for families with a dog. The quality of the stay has dipped slightly the last couple years. The room is getting old. The views and the location is great. Just know that you’re not getting high end accommodations when traveling with a pet. They have floors for dogs and families. I wonder if the other floors are higher quality.??"

"We had a great stay here for New Year's Eve! It was only a 5 minute walk to the party at The Main Hotel and a lot less expensive than the other downtown hotels. The room was very clean and in good condition. However, the staff members (front desk and valet employees) made our stay really great! We had a friend meeting us just to go to the party at The Main. When we asked at the front desk for the location of the nearest public garage to let her know the best place to park, they offered to...
