"Phu was at reception when we arrived and he managed to cancel a mistaken double booking while using Expedia - he also spoke very good English as does the rest of the staff there. Tercy was also very helpful at the reception and offered to organise a bike ride for us. On our last morning one of the resturant staff kindly offered to make me a portion of Pho which was excellent. Loved the rooms, small but cozy, fantastic shower and bathroom. I’d stay here again without doubt. "

"Excellent stay in Phu Quoc overall, love the garden bungalow concept, excellent service, a few mosquitoes but not much. Dengue and Malaria mosquitoes aren’t common in Phu Quoc though"

"小さい子供がいるので朝食が食べれるホテルを探し予約したが、滞在期間中(４日間)レストランが休業中のため朝食を外で食べないといけなくて大変だった。朝食相当分を現金で返してけれるのは良いが最終日ではなく初日に返却してくれたほうがありがたい。ルーム清掃が一回だけ忘れられていてフロントスタッフがタオル交換と簡単な床掃除のみで済まされた。それ以外はスタッフさんもフレンドリーで不満はありません。"

"We loved our stay at Peppercorn resort. The resort is beautiful, we had a beachfront room, we were literally 10m from the water. The room was comfortable and clean. We wanted a quiet place close to the beach and be able to snorkel and we were not disappointed. There was decent snorkeling jus a few tens of meter from the beach. "The staff here were so lovely it’s very good value for the price although is far out of town but if you’re looking for a quiet relaxation it’s perfect and will probably have the pool to yourself! "
